Fabrication:
1. Cleaned and straightened
2. Cut to size on shearing m/c
3. Bent using guides and fixtures on bending press (only)
4. All screw holes drilled

Treatment:
1. Cleaned

Finish:
1. Stoving painting withe poxy based paints (baking in oven)
or
2. Powder coating using epoxy based powders
