All Screws, nuts and bolts that are exposed to outside preferably should be Stainless Steel Fasteners that are Cold Forged.

Hexogonal Bolts and Nuts (IS 1364-1983) can be used.

Process.
The nut should be welded to the structure and the bolt inserted from outside.

Use of hot dip zinc galvanised MS nuts and bolts are recommended for fixing the structure on to the concrete.
